RETURN POLICY

• All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were originally received.
• Damaged parts must be reported to us on the day of delivery to be eligible for credit.
• Parts that have been prepped, painted, sanded, primed, or installed are not eligible for credit.
• Cores containing fluids must be drained of all fluids and returned in their original box or container with fluid plugs secured.
• Manufacturer’s core return forms must be filled out completely prior to driver pickup, or credit will not be issued.
• Damaged cores are not eligible for credit.
• There is a 30-day limit on all returns; parts returned after this period will be subject to restocking fees and manager approval.
• Special order items are non-returnable unless written authorization from Jim Coleman Automotive management is provided. This includes:
  • Airbags, components, and seatbelts
  • Wire harnesses
  • Any installed part
